Mel is a highly qualified Movement Specialist with 25 years experience in bodyweight training and 15 years professional experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. Holding qualifications as a Senior Yoga Teacher, FRC Mobility Specialist (FRC ms) and Personal Trainer. 

Her programs combine strength training and advanced mobility techniques to achieve
a more resilient and capable body, Mel also incorporates mindfulness movement practices and techniques to improve body awareness and mental health.
