Otway Yoga classes are taught by certified Iyengar yoga teacher Melissa Johnson. Classes are taught in the Iyengar method using detailed instructions and careful adjustments in a safe and enjoyable environment. All classes are taught progressively throughout the term and are suitable for all levels, beginners to advanced. It is highly recommended to book for the entire course to achieve maximum benefits and understanding, however casual attendance is also welcome. Classes are taught in Birregurra and Colac.
