Welcome, my name is Melissa and thank you for taking the time to roam through my site. Let me fill you in on a little bit about myself, my experience and what I have to offer you.
I have an extensive background teaching Iyengar yoga, combined with qualifications as a personal trainer and FRC mobility specialist. I offer a unique blend of movement practices that cater to the whole person. As a movement specialist, I integrate strength training, mobility work, and the mindfulness of yoga into my programs, creating a well-rounded approach to fitness. My focus on body awareness and breath work ensures that each client not only builds physical capability but also achieves a deeper, more mindful connection with their body.
My goal is to guide clients towards a balanced, empowered, and resilient body, helping them move through life with grace and confidence. Movement is a celebration of what our bodies can do, it's not just about fitness it's about joy, self expression and discovering the incredible potential within each of us.
