Welcome to our last lesson of the course, I hope that you have enjoyed the classes so far and have experienced some of the many benefits yoga has to offer you. Repetition is so important when learning, so feel free to repeat this course as many times as you feel you need to. On the other hand if you feel you are ready for some more challenging classes then take a look at all the other classes I have for offer in the store. Also be sure to check out the free pose library where you will find detailed videos of individual poses.

SAVASANA
A yoga practise should always end in Savasana ( Corpse Pose) This is necessary to rest and refresh the body and mind. Savasana teaches us how to let go of any tension in the body, calm the mind and be present.
Savasana can be done on its own at any time, If you are having trouble sleeping practise savasana before you go to bed. This will help relax the body and quiet the mind.
