CLASS INFORMATION

  • No large meals 3 hours before class, a light snack an hour before is ok
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set yourself up and discuss any issues or questions you may have.
  • Doors open 10 minutes prior to class.
  • If you are a new student you will need to fill in a registration form informing Melissa of any injuries or medical conditions. (See Bookings page)
  • If you are pregnant or menstruating please inform Melissa as your practice will need to be modified.
  • Please switch off your mobile phone before class begins.​
