60 minute class
Students are guided each week progressively through a range of standing, twisting and seated poses to learn the basic foundations of yoga asanas (poses). No prior experience necessary, all ages and fitness levels welcome.
General classes cover a broader range of asanas and students are introduced to pranayama (Rythmic Breath Control). This class is suitable for any level, perhaps a little more challenging for a absolute beginner but designed to cater for all students.
