BEGINNERS 60 minute class Students are guided each week progressively through a range of standing, twisting and seated poses to learn the basic foundations of yoga asanas (poses). No prior experience necessary, all ages and fitness levels welcome. GENERAL CLASS 75 minutes General classes cover a broader range of asanas and students are introduced to pranayama (Rythmic Breath Control). This class is suitable for any level, perhaps a little more challenging for a absolute beginner but designed to cater for all students. |
