Personalised strength and mobility programs tailored to each clients needs and goals. Techniques incorporated to improve alignment, flexibility and balance, increase joint range of motion and improve movement quality. Mindful movement practices and techniques are also integrated into the programs to improve body awareness and mental health.
3. TRAINING BEGINS! Location of training can be in the comfort of your own home, it depends on the individuals needs and goals.
